Notes: (b) “Neecha Roopa + Angana” vide the first line of verse 738 reads as “Neecha Viroopa + Angana” in another version. The former means “base and beautiful wmen” while the latter means “base and ugly women”. It occurs to me that “ugly women” is more suitable to the context.
